testing iFrames

A few weeks ago I tested embedded an Adobe Spark page as a kind of 'microsite' example for a project on indonesia.chevron.com. Inserting the embed code below worked then, but after a recent update the page now fails to load. What changes have occurred in the past two weeks that could possibly be causing this? Is there a domain whitelist for embedded code, like how Qualtrics is allowed to display data?
