feature new office tower for chevron Australia
With a predicted lifespan of more than 30 years, the Chevron-led Gorgon and Wheatstone Projects will continue to create enduring benefits in Western Australia for decades to come.
We recently celebrated the achievement of a key milestone by lodging the development application for our new CBD office tower in Elizabeth Quay, Perth with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority – reaffirming our commitment to investing in the state’s energy future.
Developed in partnership with Brookfield, the 30-storey, multi-use tower will incorporate more than 52,000 square metres of office space including lobby, exhibition spaces and conferences facilities.
The building’s lower levels will offer childcare and gymnasium services, while world-class retail and hospitality offerings will activate the surrounding Elizabeth Quay.
With user experience and flexibility at the heart, the building’s design vision will set a new standard for contemporary premium grade office space in Perth.

The building is being designed with staff health and wellness in mind and is targeting WELL Gold Certification, which will be the first of its kind in Perth. We want the new building to enable our people to perform at their best.
The development will maximise local industry involvement with hundreds of local jobs set to be created during construction and post-completion. It is expected peak construction workforce will 1,000 on-site.
Planning Minister the Honourable Rita Saffioti commented the development signified the growing strength of Western Australian industry.
"The State Government welcomes the news that this project is now gaining momentum. The construction of more office buildings is a sign that business confidence is improving in WA,” said Ms Saffioti.
